This was an absolutely excellent podcast! I would like to hear much more from Phillip Weeks, and hope that you will feature him again, or perhaps give him a column in the Wise Traditions journal. He could expand on each one of his health points. I appreciated his whole perspective, and was especially struck by his comments on sleep and the importance of a daily rhythm for health. Thank you so much for this very rich and informative podcast.
