Anxiety is running high right now. We feel helpless, and perhaps even powerless, in the face of this "virus." Dr. Zach Bush, physician, international educator, and thought leader on the microbiome, suggests two ideas to empower us in our desire to protect our health: 1) there are positive steps we can take to improve our own health and the health of the planet and 2) we should not blame the "virus" for the deterioration of both.
Zach explains in detail how toxins in our environment have led us to where we are today: as sick as our surroundings. He suggests that pollutants in the air and on the land are compromising our health and jeopardizing our future. The virus is just an "innocent bystander," in his estimation, being blamed for a larger problem. His prescription for each of us? Get outside. Reconnect with nature. And with one another.

From kimchi to kraut, kombucha to pickles—go to a farmers market just about anywhere and you will find ferments. Fermented foods are trending, thankfully! People are realizing the benefits they offer and have offered around the globe for hundreds and thousands of years! Ferments boost the immune system, protect against disease, and aid digestion.
Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, today goes over principle #5 of the Wise Traditions diet: how all traditional diets are high in enzymes and beneficial bacteria. She explains what fermented foods are, how they are prepared, and how we can incorporate them into our diet today. Among a number of topics, she discusses how to introduce them to our children, is there such a thing as too many ferments in the diet, how to choose the best kombucha, and which fermented foods are enjoyed in various regions of the world.

Most scientific journals suggest that vaccines are safe and effective. Many medical personnel say the same. Why would anyone question the "party line"? Is any information missing from the narrative we generally hear around this topic? Today, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., environmental attorney and the founder of the Children’s Health Defense, peels back the curtain on vaccine information.
He starts with the development of the fast-tracked coronavirus vaccine and what early results show (hint: not as promising as Moderna touted them to be). He reveals why we don’t hear more about vaccine risks in the media and what influences the studies that actually get published in medical journals. He reviews the ingredients of vaccines and their side effects which include food allergies, behavior issues, and more serious health concerns including ADD, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, narcolepsy, juvenile diabetes, and more. Finally, he encourages us to examine the facts closely ourselves, rather than accepting the vaccine orthodoxy of our day.

Have you ever eaten raw animal products? What about egg yolks, meat, dairy products (like milk or cheese), seafood, and fermented foods? Today, Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, explains the benefits of eating raw animal products. She also goes over which foods are easier to digest when cooked.
Kale, for example, has anti-nutrients that are hard on the kidneys and the thyroid. Despite its popularity in smoothies and salads, kale is best eaten cooked. In contrast, oysters—a great source of B12, zinc, and other minerals—are best eaten raw.
This conversation also highlights traditional raw foods enjoyed all over the world.

5G has become one of the most polarizing topics of 2020. A massive rollout and a related advertising campaign can make it challenging to distinguish facts from fiction. Today, Dafna Tachover, senior attorney and the director of 5G Wireless Harms (a project of the Children’s Health Defense), walks us through what 5G really is and how it threatens our health. She also reveals what’s driving its rapid roll out. For the record, it is not to facilitate faster downloads, as we’ve been told.
In truth, 5G is actually an infrastructure designed to connect things (not people) and collect our data, which is worth trillions of dollars for telecom companies. All the while, the microwave radiation (from pinging devices and small cell antennas) alters our DNA and causes a variety of health issues—from headaches, sleep disturbances, and tingling in the hands, to neurological and reproductive issues, ADHD, and even cancer. Dafna points out, in particular, the results of the National Toxicology program that ran a 10-year study with results that expose the dangers posed by this level of radiation.
This conversation is critical for 5G awareness and offers insights on how to protect ourselves from unnecessary radiation exposure.
