It may sound foreign to us now, but it's time to rediscover this wise tradition. Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, today reviews principle #10 of the 11 wise traditions dietary principles: how all traditional peoples included bones in their diet, typically in the form of a gelatin-rich broth.
Sally explains how broths and stews have many benefits for us.
